When I started out as a personal trainer in Manchester back in 2011 at Pure Gym, my objective was to run a personal training business to help people achieve their full fitness potential.

I am now based in Train Urban's private gym facility in the city centre, providing one-to-one training sessions. In addition, I also provide online services for those who cannot commute. I specialise in fat loss and muscle building, which has delivered some amazing results for my clients.

My services don’t just stop at the gym, I’m with you every step of the way, whether it be nutrition, stress management or even how to improve sleep quality, I have gained the knowledge to tackle any obstacles we may face.

Throughout my years as a PT I have helped hundreds of people gain strength they never thought possible, a physique they had only ever dreamed of, and body confidence like never before.

Dedicated calorie and nutrition plan inline with your fitness and lifestyle goals. This training service includes personalised meal plans, grocery lists, and optional weekly one-on-one nutrition coaching.

My sessions are tailored around your needs and requirements and can include anything from training in a private gym, to training online. Join me at Train Urban, an exclusive gym, where we have all the kit you will ever need to stay healthy and in shape.
Personal trainers can teach you the movements required to complete an exercise correctly and safely, which in turn will increase your motivation, drive and determination. With quality training, fitness issues, failure to perform exercises with correct technique or inefficient movement patterns can be rectified.
