When I started out as a personal trainer in Manchester back in 2011 at Pure Gym, my objective was to run a personal training business to help people achieve their full fitness potential. I offer a unique approach to body transformation, focusing on 1-1 personal training and providing nutritional advice tailored to each individual.

I am now based in Train Urban's private personal training gym in the city centre, providing one-to-one training sessions. In addition, I also provide online personal training for those who cannot commute. I specialise in weight management for both men and women, which has delivered some effective results for my personal training clients.

I don’t just offer training at the gym, I’m with you every step of the way. Whether it be nutrition, stress management, or even how to improve sleep quality and blood pressure, I can help you tackle any obstacle to achieve your individual goals. My training technique is designed to maximize the effectiveness of training, incorporating elements of cardio training, circuit training, and body weight exercises.
